In recent days, a number of provinces and cities across the country have regularly faced intense heat, with ultraviolet rays (UV rays) always at a very high risk level.
Understand sunlight to properly protect yourself from the sun
Studies on sunlight and its impact on human health indicate that most of the skin effects of sunlight are due to UV radiation.
The unabsorbed UV-A and UV-B parts become harmful to the skin when directly exposed for long periods of time, leading to dark spots, dark spots, premature aging… and other health problems.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, up to 80% of UV rays can penetrate clouds, so even when the sun does not appear or is in the shade, human skin is still at risk of damage.

One of the ways to `read` the sun protection ability of clothing is the UPF index (Ultraviolet Protection Factor – protection index from ultraviolet rays).
Specifically, a product with a UPF index of 15 will protect you from 93% of harmful UV rays, only about 1/15 (about 7%) of UV rays can penetrate.
Normally, specialized sun protection clothing will display a UPF index of UPF50+.
